Commissions are OPENThis took me about two and half days to do the lineart and two to do the colour. This was started and worked on, on a train, so theres the odd shakey line here and there.
CONTEST : for kingdom heart lovers ~ in this picture you will notice a string of music behind her, this is actually the notes to a tune from kingdom hearts. Work it out and tell me what it is and i shall draw anything (that isnt rude) for you in either traditional or digital 
Once this has been won i shall include the name and artist in this comment clue: the second two bars, on a piano are : B F# E C#|D C# F# E ~ i will add the next two bars if no one wins this in a few weeks, if you love kingdom hearts, you'll get it straight away once you play it or hum it

In general, it's a beautiful piece. The colors you used fit together well enough, even if in my opinion orange(hair) and pink(ribbons) don't make the perfect combination. It is obvious that you've put a lot of effort and creativity in this drawing.
What I don't like is the top of the hair. If I had drawn this, I would had either drawn the parting of the hair and the hair that grow from it(which is, in my opinion, the best thing to dohere), or I would discretely draw the upper hair with less details.
Also, there are some anatomy issues. Her right hand looks wrong. I can't see the bones as they should be. It looks like if the hand has craked in half... To correct that, you could observe your own hand for a moment. You'll see what I mean.
Also, the dress does look wrong. I'm far from being a cloth expert, but you could've done it more vivid. There should be more variety in the cloth's movement.
The ribbons look really well. Expecially the ones on her dress.The shading is good, the lighting looks natural and the movement is correct.
Another thing is the foot. Personnally I would have done the heel higher. Also, I can't see the legs' shape under the dress as it should.
I'll leave the background to someone else. I'm afraid it's not my speciality ^^'

You shall maybe work some more on the shadows in gernel.
I think you could have made a little more shadows in her dress. Some of the shadows should maybe also be a little stronger
You are really good at making the right length of her entire body.

thank you so much for the constructive feedback, it's been a few years since i drew this and since then have been working on shadows but is still something that crops up as something to work on so i continue to work on it.
