Media: Copic Markers, Gold Ink, Neopiko Line 3This was done a while ago. Just got to scanning it now seeing he is gonna be sold at Otakon 2015 this weekend in the art auction.

Amazing work. I love the detail in the flowers and shoes. The dragon's eyes and teeth are phenomenal. You also managed to get some very complex characters to look good with limited colour variation and a simplistic background. The colours work great together and the overall effect is mysterious and intriguing.
Here are the minor issues I have with the work:
The red stone things near the dragon's head could be more 3-D-like. The shadow placement on the middle stone on the dragon's forehead seems odd. For a slightly different effect, some white lines to outline the edges of the rocks might be nice, although you might not want that style in this illustration.
The stones immediately below the big middle stone don't look like they're coming out of the big stone. They don't stand out enough from the big one. In contrast, the shadows on the dragon are excellent! Since the rocks are near the dragon's head, their shadows should be equally impressive.
I think the shading behind the woman (on the dragon's neck) could be a bit more gradual: there could be more black further up. It gets lighter rather quickly.
The dragon's beard could also be darker. It would help the viewer notice the woman's antlers more.
The front of the woman's wings could use just a bit more shading. As I said before, some elements of the piece have been given much more shadow detail than others. While I love the simplistic background, I think the foreground elements should have relatively equal amounts of shading as each other.
Overall, the concept and execution are amazing. It's a real pleasure to look at and I feel very drawn in to this strange universe.
