Not along thing to do actuly. But I actuly have to add more. >^^< You see I have to color him, add arm bands and wings. Take a guess who this really is.
But yea. I ACTULY DID IT!!! WAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I was watching my neighbors dog for a bit today and I put him on the tredmill to walk for he has a nasty skin rash that does not really allow him outside for long periods at a time. So they told me to put him on the tredmill and have the TV on. He just walks himself with no problem. Well I watched him for a while and started to do this. Kinda looks like Graven in a way. He is an almost black siberian huski. Very loveable.
So enjoy this.

The leg movement? Absolutely perfect.
The tail 'wave' movements work really well too
The only thing I could suggest to improve it would be a little more movement in the head.

Now THAT takes originality! Most people would proove their super 1337 skillzors (chokes loudly) by drawing wolf RUNNING! That is awful hypnotic... (watches zombie-ishly, drools)

Hehe. Running would be to easy for that takes less frames to pull off. And go a head. I dont mind if you go ranpet threw my gallery. Just dont distroy anything XD

Wow, I love this! I've always wanted to try animating the walking motion of an animal or something.
I have a small idea that could inprove it. Perhaps have a bit more movement to the wolf's head? A sort of nodding/moving back and forth sort of movement. Its head looks a little stiff in its position, when its legs are moving so much.
I'm not really sure, but its an idea.

Very smooth. I agree with others, you're getting better at the flash thing.
I'd also like to point out that I love your detail to the steps. A lot of people rush walking animations, and it makes the character in question jumpy, and hard on the eyes.
This is smooth, even though the black/white contrast makes my eyes twitch a little when I watch it. It might be because the thing is only line art. Maybe you could try a more detailed character with colour next time? A practice and advanvement kind of thing?
You're getting really good. I hope that you one day make a long animation with lots of wolves. XD! I think you're awesome at this. Heehee.

Actuly I have to finish this. I need to add in some wings and arm bands for this is actuly Rizyu. And I plan on coloring it *not much help seeing he is white but a different color background should help some*

poor doggy, i hope the rash isn't too painfull.
as for this animation, this is spot on hun (if a little short XD) and does a great job of capturing the correct motion of a four legged animal walking hun, which is rediculously difficult to animate.
*puts on his best Yoda voice*

From what I know *and seen how the dog acted when I played with him* the rash is not painfull. They just cannot take him outside for long periods at a time for the suns rays will iritate the skin there.
It is hard to animate, but I got practice off of this. I hope maybe to try and do something of Rizyu *full anthro form* next.

Was that done all in Flash....because...I made a run sequence (about 11 frames long) that I drew on paper first than scaned and transfered to flash....It was much easier to draw it first on paper then to put it in flash...though my frames jump around...XD
the only thing I can se thats odd is the head...its position seems slightly unnatural...

Because I did not do a quick sketch of his head when he was walking. I sketched this down and then worked in flash by just looking back and forth from my sketches. So it is techniquly all flash. It is about 25-27 frames long or something like that.

Wow...27 frames....Damn...I only did 11...making it loop...so it works pretty well...Though you hade a live animal for refrence...wich is much better, and it shows in a more realistic stride...but...I just kinda drew...XD

well first I have to finish him off. It is going to be my main character Rizyu in his dog form. So I have to figure out how to add his wings on to him and then add on the arm bands. I can try and background, but I dont know how well that would work.

I think I was hypnotized for a moment there..couldn't take my eyes off of it. Very cool, the movement is nice and fluid.
