The file ICO you may use.
Go to your desk and select any folder and customize it. I don't know so much english but when you see the icons, search the ICO file of that folder.
I don't explain very well if I am talking in english. Hope you understand what I want to say.

i personally use a third party applications like windows 7 manager or icon packager to customize my folders..basically i only used these icons for my library folders(pictures,downloads,music,etc.)..here's what i think you can do if you don't have those applications I've mentioned..first you need to right click on the folder you wanna replace, click on properties then click on icon/customize tab..finally click on the "change icon" button and search for the ico file..It's important to place the ICO files in a a place where you can't accidentally delete it..you can search it on google for a much more detailed information..or you might just want to download the applications, it's easier..download it on torrent so it's free..hehehe....i hope this helps you a little....I'll try to post a link where you can download windows 7 manager..by the way, what platform are you using?..Windows xp or windows 7?..in windows 7 i think you can only use this as your library folders..i can explain why but i don't want to complicate it anymore..hehe..if you're using windows xp, then it is fairly easy just follow the steps I've mentioned above..
