I think that is an IWalkFree crutch, real enough just not used/given by hospitals and such and one has to buy it themselves.
It is usually used with lower leg and ankle/foot injuries, like for SLC, sprains and nwb CAM walker period from what I know, and rarely with angled LLC (at least I've never seen it worn like that by people).

The strange thing is, in the mirror this 4th woman is close enough to be looking directly in the eyes of the woman who is falling. Yet there is no 4th woman in the restroom to be seen. Is she a ghost?

I think Danny's buttocks are cushioned enough to prevent her pelvis from getting broken.
But that doesn't apply to Grace's bum. This could come down like a... well... I actually don't want to make any statements that could be misinterpreted as insults.

Besides that: In the mirror (oh... I love those mirror-images) there is a woman without a name. Therefore it seems very likely that she will be able to escape this situation without any harm.

By the way Dannyβs left foot is hitting Graceβs right ankle, it looks like they will both end up in a leg cast, and for sure an arm cast on Dannyβs right arm. It will be interesting to see how big the finished casts will be. Glad to see more from you Rizzo.
