I am in hospital bed with 2 LLC (+ hip spica), 1 LAC ( + shoulder spica)(Right), SAC (left), and neck brace. the worst part is that I was only 1.5 miles away from completing my first marathon.

Wow she's simply gorgeous!
Something tells me, given her beautiful tan, that the poor devil must have had an accident while vacationing in an exotic location.
Maybe she had gone to an upscale Club Med, in one of those places where they make you do a lot of activities and not leave you never rest...
There she tried with parachute speedboard ... and got it on her skin as it may be dangerous and especially painful.
She flew back home in a private helicopter the company for which she works for sent specially to the remote atoll where she was on vacation.
Being a senior executive she couldn't stay home and get the proper treatment, but she's due back to work immediately.
Well, in the coming weeks she will be between desks and meeting rooms somewhat less graceful than usual.
And what is, if possible, her loss is that, being left-handed, she will be forced to sign reports and official documents with the right hand with which she can barely make the cross ... How frustrating for an important manager who is she!
Despite the awkward cast she's forced to wear, she has'nt apparently renounced his usual aggressive look.
But such extremely high heeled shoes can be very risky, especially if you are wearing a bulky shoulder spica cast.
She may lose her balance, fall and break a leg or...both legs (do not ever putting limits on Providence!!!).

Suggestion for a possible sequel.
The (once iron) working lady, lying in a hospital bed, with both legs completely casted and kept in traction. Evidently angry and annoyed.
Fuming with rage. Especially since next to the bed is seated her personal assistant, healthy, with her long legs crossed and, what's more, dangling pitiless in the face of her injured boss a breathtaking pair of high-heeled peep-toe shoes.
As if the sight of her secretary's long legs, muscular and perfectly toned, and high heeled shoes (that she for several months will not even dream to get closer) weren't enough, the assistant continues to pass her documents and working papers asking for her signature. Too bad she, lett-handed, can at most put a cross with her right hand (her only limb so far not casted, at least not yet...).

yes, lovely idea. Also you could add some more restrictive collar to the iron lady due to her fall. Do you think the iron lady will enjoy her personal assistant to walk on her high heels every 30 minutes out on the balcony? She hired Jessica because she took advantage of her sexual impact when meeting with male customers. Her distractive cures and her super tight dresses were perfect to ease any resistance.
Jessica's usual tactic is to ask every 30 minutes to leave for smoke break. in this way she can show off her long legs, walking on her high heels. After smoking sexy for 5minutes, she remakes and then re enter the room with her best smile. The iron lady asked her to do this and now she is so used to take smoke breaks that she cannot wait a minute more than that. I am sure the iron lady will be envious of her healthy legs... maybe she can architect a sort of revenge?
