Mini 1275 GT WIP first render. Trying to make a complete 3d environment and understanding correctly Cinema 4D rendering options and capabilities.This has Global illumination and a physical sky with a sun light. No Vray.
No materials yet besides the glass in the car.
Some bumps and normal maps made in photoshop to use in the tires of the car, in the road and the water cover thing on the road in front of the car.
I want it to have the look and feeling of a scene in Cascais, Portugal.
The car mesh is mine as is some stuff in the rest of the image ( the only thing in car that i have not modeled were the seats
). Some buildings and objects are part of a Poser file ( by Stonemason) imported into Cinema 4D.This is a WIP. I changed the take-away food store panel, added a scooter
and changed minor things.I guess after this i will start real texturing and shading... I think it will look better with colors

Lookin really great so far. I'm impatiently waiting to see it finished. Ha ha. Is there an error on the front lip of the top? On the left side of the car, nearest the camera, there is what looks like a flat spot on the front lip of the top.

I realized it was an old car, but I didn't know what year the setting was in. Are you gonna put any small dents or blemishes on it? I understand about the deformation. I thought it was probably on purpose.
I did notice you changed the headlights. It does look more appropriate. It's a great looking scene, although it is a bit clean.
