Description I drew this when i was caught up in the Warhammer 40k hobby thing. Eldar units seemed pretty kewl. So i created my own.

Awesome! I agree about him needing to be more slender though.

Eldar rule.

Quite cool. If I may make a suggestion for any future work you do with eldar, remember that they are very tall and lean, moreso than humans. As such their proportions are a bit different (Add about 1/4 or 1/5 of a head to all of their proportions, heightwise that is. Also keep them very thin.). Also their muscles work differently, acting more like a snakes coiling and then snapping quickly rather than moving like ours.

Very cool pic though.

Thanks for the suggestion. I havn't drawn anything for years to be honest, but comming back and looking at this makes me want to take a stab at it again. I always wanted to make a customized dreadnought.

Sweet eldar (but marines and necrons are cooler HA), I love the shading and the sword he is carrying just screams of pimpness.

excelently drawn exarch, its a fire dragon exarch btw. Beautifull shading and runes on the sword. Its rare to find some one that can draw the muscle armour plates well like that. but one thing, the kneecap armour on the right leg apears to be on the inside instead of the front.

with the close combat style too him, really looks like that would be an exarch fit to have burning fist.

again a beautifull picture
