Description
This is a picture of one of my favorite Richard Scarry characters: Rhonda Raccoon. From what I remember, she can be seen in two of the "Richard Scarry's Best... Video Ever!" video series: "Richard Scarry's Best Busy People Video Ever!" [link] and "Richard Scarry's Best Learning Songs Video Ever!" [link] Rhonda is one of my favorites because I like the way she looks. (Yes, I do think she looks great in that yellow dress!) Plus, if you're watching "Richard Scarry's Best Busy People Video Ever!" on Youtube, I think you can detect a shiptease between her and Freddie Fox! Also, the pose that I drew her in this picture comes from that video.And , if you're reading this, I think that you should have her appear in a future Raccoons fan fiction. Of course, I'd suggest that you watch the videos on Youtube first and see if you can develop her character a bit more.
And , if you're reading this, I think that you should have her appear in some of your stories as well.
Anyhow, I hope y'all like this picture!

She's just so cute. I guess the only time those animals with actually two feet wear shoes is outside whether it's rainy or snowy, right? I got the idea that Lowly, the only one to wear (a) shoe(s) anytime, doesn't actually have a foot, he just uses the end opposite his head for one.
Too bad I can't identify the voice actor/actress because even the IMDB doesn't list who voices whom, exactly.
