Description When it was introduced in 1934, the Citroen Traction Avant was one of the most advanced cars in the world. It had front-wheel drive, a monocoque body, hydraulic brakes, and independent suspension. President Rene Coty of France chose a 1954 Citroen Traction Avant as his state car.

I don't know about seven passengers, but I know it has been extended compared to the usual Traction Avant.
