Exactly six years ago, I visited Imperial Japanese Navy battleship Mikasa in Yokosuka, Japan. After I returned to America and started going to conventions, I saw a lot of cosplayers of Attack on Titan character Mikasa Ackerman who was named for the ship. Right: the original ship.
