Royal Canadian Air Force (later Canadian Forces Air Command) Canadair CF-104D Starfighter jet trainer 104646, which conducted training and test flights for the No.6 Operational Test Unit and the Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment from 1962 to 1983, was retired as the last CF-104 in service and flown from CFB Cold Lake (Alberta) to CFB Trenton (Ontario) for display at the National Air Force Museum of Canada. From the rear, you can see how much of the thin fuselage consists of the jet engine itself.
