A very, VERY late submission to #ATC-Exchange . Since I'm so tardy with this, I am gonna have to give it up for a while because I don't even have time to do the ATC's, let alone the qualifying weekly challenges to get me off probation.

Life story aside, I wanted to say a piece about this picture. I adore Eos (~belief 's) and always have, if not for her name, then for her hair cause my god I love pink and blonde. Although the outfit isn't something I would normally choose for the char, I wanted to oblige the steampunk inspiration for the month. However, I am not an avid steampunk enthusiast, so this put me at a disadvantage. I decided to go with rear view to enhance the hair, and just kind of... fudged the outfit and surroundings. >.<

This was also a new technique that I like involving poster paint of all things. I'm all the time looking for art alternatives that don't cost an arm and a leg, and found poster paints to almost act as a real-life "multiply" function, meaning they color in but don't cover up dark pen.

Overall pleased with the outcome, and I hope ~belief enjoys and doesn't hate me for taking forever.
