After drawing a map of Italy, I moved onto this which symbolises peace, this was done at the end of last year in 2022 too and it took a few minutes to get finished. 30-45 minutes on this one, and yeah another night theme with stars included, so there are two star constellations in this piece. If you have seen some of what I do, you will already know which two you may spot. I'll give you a clue, the kite is somewhere on the right side of the page and Orion's belt is on the left side. I have taken up listening to meditation music to ease the mind from all anxiety and overthinking, meditation and relaxation can do a lot for the mind and soul, and I have come to terms with this fact. Thanks to my support worker i have found many things in this world are manageable to overcome and face, and playing meditation music in the mornings whilst having a shower and doing a morning regime/ routine can work wonders.
