Description
A creature design for my comic(I really need to name it). Hes an biomechanical alien, human hybrid.I drew this on several pieces before I Photoshop inked it. It started on an 8x11 piece of paper and then it kept getting bigger and bigger.

It looks so good. And I like that you have some lines more defined than others. It's like subtle depth, I think. ;D
The pointed nose is my favorite part ;D

Yeah, I have really bad depth perception. I try really hard at putting in different thicknesses of lines. Closer the object is, the bolder the line should be. And with objects further away, the thinner the lines should be. I try and keep that in mind when I draw.
I love the nose too. Someone commented on the nose earlier, which is cool of course but she said the nose made her laugh and that it looked like a snowman.

I was going to point out how his hand isn't actually gripping that staff thing, but then I noticed that he actually has another set of hands holding it and looking like they're about to stab somebody with it, which is cool. I like how the different sets of limbs are moving independently of one another...it gives a good sense of how multiple sets of limbs could be used in a fight.
The detailing is all very nice as well. One thing I might change would be his face...it looks a little goofy. The eyes seem cartoony and the nose looks like a snowman's carrot nose. It kinda made me chuckle when I saw it and I think it takes away some of the creature's dignity. Changing the eyes so they aren't so round and hiding the pupils by making them a solid color or more insect like might help, I think.

The nose itself isn't so bad if you change the eyes and maybe make it look like it's coming out of the face naturally (it looks like it's just stuck on there right now)
