Oh, it's a naked motorcycle made by the famous Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati. They currently come with air-cooled 805cc (Monster 797) and liquid-cooled 848cc (Monster 821) and 1198cc (Monster 1200, 1200 S, 1200 R) engines. They're really good and iconic motorcycles.

They're still in production today! What I was thinking, because I took the title of that picture literally, I thought about sticking that 13B-REW engine into a Monster 1200 S. See how that turns out.
