Vokemaal: Vokemaal hails from far out in the Forever, and while not a Til'gototh, he is indeed a Blairian hybrid. Both him and Ivictus share a father, making them half brothers long lost. Despite Voke's disturbing appearance, he is actually not a villain, but rather a traveling contractor making a living off the capture of famous outlaws.
