story by *GaleosSome of us say that this is the end. Some of us are still praying to God for redemption, hoping that he will actually prevent it from happening. Some of us are speculating where did humanity tumbled down to bring upon itself the disaster facing it. Some deny that Humanity has done it. We don't know if this is the end or just the beginning. A handful of humans are still trying to prophesy how the asteroids work. Where Science fails, prophecies reign. Some of us are still afraid, but I have faced my new destiny. Now look Impacting and wrecking, raking us into a pile of fear, causing havoc and terrorizing. Some say they come from afar, some say come from near, but I still think that we only have fear. Uncertainty builds fear. Look again. The time is close. From now on it's just psychological warfare with the walls, and with ourselves. Some people say a some different things, but we all have one thing in common: We don't know anything.

My biggest space scene to date, and In my opinion It's my best yet.
I started working on this last sunday, and I lost the psd on monday, so I started over and just today I finished this. took almost a week!

Very awesome, I just don't like the cloud thing right next to the planet looks out of place and little non-space....like... yes. Good work though.

ok.. everything looks very good man, but as i told you.. colors look pretty dull to me. the planet is pimp, and so is that nebula on the lower left corner. the clouds look pretty good, kinda undetailed though. i donno, all i tell you is some more luster and color variation would make this a masterpiece

Good job Robert. There are some problems though, like the edge on the left and the cracks in the background.

everything is really flat...
the comets especially are lacking lighting and depth.
the one nebula in between the largest 2 planets does not look right at all.
there is that big hard line on the left.
the star field...is more like a faint dot array. stars are bits of light, they don't get dimmer with distance so much as smaller.
i say work this one over, make things pop out.
also: filters>sharpen is your friend. use it.

Of course I looked. You over-sharpened the big planet. There's no depth to it, there's no high ground or low ground, there's no varying terrain (besides blurry and sharpened).
Most of the nebulae and that big semicircle thing are really blurry and lack detail.
You asked for heavy critiquing, and I am giving it...

Wow, this is by far the best space scene I have ever seen and your theme is really great! I can't believe that you had to start all over with this! Ugh, I would have been so pissed! I love the textures on the planet and the red lights around the scene really do wonders for this piece. There is a bit too much empty space in the top quarter of the piece, but the bottom half definitely makes up for it!

It's a very nice space theme but a lot of the image is blank which doesn't look too good but this is so far the best space theme I have seen.

As much as I'm amazed by this, I'd have to disagree with you and say your first one was much better.
But it's great that this gives you such a sense of accomplishment. You need to please yourself before pleasing others.
