It's a game!!
At first you create a snow barrier/wall as long as possible, which is about three feet above the ground in the beginning.
Length can be up to 50 up to 400 meters.
Then an appropriate size timber logd is ragged on the barrier in order to form a quite deep, and relatively narrow channel.
When everything is ready and the tension of the condensation, alternately cast the snake in to it's journey.
Flung the worm with one hand/finger from its rear end by holding the bottom and go! He who gets the snake furthest wins!!
There are lots of variations rules.
Imagination can be used to field up teams, put into the gutter snow guards, etc
The focus is in front of the snake, and for its belly can be made slippery for example deer tallow. Snake outward-looking is a miracle, magic, evoking all the great admiration. It is a very fun whinter activitie!
