I remember how frustrating that was.Β They did the same thing in Matt Houston where a serial killer soaked a cloth with chloroform while watching Pamela Hensley from a car, and was about to get out and grab her when he saw a police officer show up to talk to her, and he never tried again.Β In the movie Welcome to Arrow Beach Lawrence Harvey invites Meg Foster to say at his and his sister's estate for the night, and he goes to his room and soaked a cloth with chloroform.Β He's going down the hall when his sister, Joanna Pettet, calls him to her room, so he hides it in a plant before going in.Β They talk and notices the odor of chloroform, and tells him to take it away from the plant or the chloroform will kill it.Β Β

Yeah, I think one that was even worst than the Nancy one was an Instant Star episode where Laura Vandervoort is sleeping and is seconds and inches away from getting it and than it still doesn't happen. The rumor of the Wonderwoman script in the cowboy episode sucks too.Β There was a lifetime movie with Stephanie Scott that was also maddening.
