The sub-framework for the Office Miniature as glued together.

Here I'm adding the top floor ceiling. The ceiling will have three skylights that have been rough cut out of the plywood. The two small skylights to the right are to be over the stairwell and the third a large skylight over the main room of the top floor.

It's the very beginning of a new 1:12 scale Miniatures project I'm un-officially calling a Drugstore / Office building. Ground floor will be a retail store space, the upper two floors office or residential floors. It will have the option of an old-time drugstore, deli, pastry shop, soda fountain, etc depending on what the collector would like.

It's roughed in at 36"high x 36"wide x 18" deep.
