I almost dismissed this as just another random piece of clutter, until I looked into the mirror. May I suggest focusing more on the area which directly surrounds the mirror? This pic could work rather nice if you crop it the right way. I suggest taking the picture again from different angles and a bit closer to the mirror. This has possibilities.....just stare at your subject and it's relationship to the environment a bit longer than you have. you're almost there.
