I really like the colour scheme which is used in the manipulation. Picture is also very well blended.
According to me the lighting does not look much realistic.

Maybe I understand it wrong but if light comes from the mountins in the background it should not be so strong.

I personally would chose different composition. The left side of the image is too empty for me. But I guess it was your purpose because you created CD cover and need some empty space for names of songs.

And maybe the strand of hair should be softer. Now it does not look like hair but like something sharp.

But generally I can say that it is very well made manipulation.
