You'd think that with everything that happened to the Whisky family that Elena (Cyborg 00) would come to resent her little brother Ivan (Cyborg 001) whose birth started the downfall of everything she knew and loved. However regardless of all that's happened Elena loves her little brother, but feels guilty that she couldn't do more to protect him. If anything she blames her father for their misfortune and like many of the other Cyborgs she holds hatred toward Black Ghost. She's willing to stand against Black Ghost and any other enemy that comes their way in order to protect the only family she has left.
