I've seen mostly movies; Spirited Away, Barefoot Gen (and its sequel), Princess Mononoke, Nippon Animation's Jungle Book series, Fables of The Green Forest,  Wolf's Rain

You are so very very welcome dear! I really do enjoy the traditional stuff too! I love the feeling of creating something with your own hands and watching it come to life without the aid of computers. It keeps the traditional ways alive in a digital age and I think that's a beautiful thing
