1. Without getting too personal, please tell us a little about yourself, including your background, how you chose your modeling name, your favorite music, books, movies, food, color, animal, etc.?

Hi, I’m Bambi Bound, and I recently became an amateur bondage model on the interwebs. I live in the United States with my husband, Stag, who does the photography for our Deviant Art page. I chose Bambi because it’s a cute name I’ve used before in roleplays and just seems to fit me well. I love listening to all sorts of music, but a few favorite artists include Melony Martinez, Carly Ray Jepson, and Lana Del Ray. I’m in love with the Harry Potter movies, can’t pass up a juicy steak, adore petting puppies, and finding time to play video games and watch anime or Netflix.

2. What was your first exposure to bondage? Were you interested in fetish, kink or bondage before you decided to become a model?

Of course I was, but I kept it a secret from my husband for a long time. I’d roleplay a lot with friends on the internet and always lead them into a situation where my character would have to be tied up and gagged, so it was just a fantasy for a long time, but then when I finally talked about it with Stag, he came out and revealed that he was secretly into bondage as well so honestly we could’ve started this a long time ago if we were more honest about it [laughs].

3. What made you decide to try bondage modeling?

Well…Stag’s oldest brother, a really sweet person who was like a brother to me, passed away back in March 2019 at the age of 33. His death shocked us to the core. In the months recovering from it, we both talked about wanting to live life to the fullest without any fear or regret. That’s when I brought up how I would love to do bondage modeling and make it an opportunity for us to work on something together while also enjoying something we loved. Needless to say, it certainly gave us time to bond and just enjoy living for once.

4. Describe your first bondage photo and/or video shoot? Were you apprehensive doing it? If so, how did you overcome that feeling?

So the first pictures we ever posted were actually personal ones I did just for Stag’s birthday about a year ago. I was tied up and tape gagged while wearing a cheerleading uniform for him. I was so nervous about sharing those that I cropped my face out of the pics, thinking I was ugly, but once I submitted it and started getting great feedback, I ended up sharing my face with a few people who said I was pretty, and, overall, that gave me the confidence a few days later to start showing off my face.

As for the shoot itself, it was very fun, and having my husband make remarks like “damn you’re sexy” or “this is hot” made me feel confident, but taking the tape off of my lips hurt a little since we were using max strength gorilla tape [laughs].

Even now I feel a little apprehensive because I don’t want my family to find out about this. I'd rather just keep this private for the two of us, but if our page was ever discovered, we both agreed that we would just stand up for it for it’s something we truly are passionate about doing.

5. In the “About Me” section on your dA home page, you wrote, “I can't believe I'm actually doing this, I'm a little nervous but gaining confidence every day! So, welcome to my DA page! My name is Bambi and I like to do self-portraits of myself expressing my various kinks: bondage, cosplay, etc. My husband and I have been doing this for years and decided it was time to share it with the world.” How much thought went into the decision to post your bondage modeling pictures for all the world to see?

There was a lot of thinking, but most of it was self-doubt. I was bullied in high school and was called ugly by boys and girls. They even said I’d have to “pay for a guy to ever date me.” And even though I’m married to a wonderful person, those thoughts never seem to leave me, so yes I was worried about sharing my face with the world, but the out-pour of support has really helped. That’s why I try to reply to every nice comment on my page, because that’s what truly helped me break out of my shell.

6. Has posting your bondage images ever come back to haunt you? Do your friends, family members and co-workers know you are a bondage model whose work is on the Internet?

Not yet, but I know it won’t be long until someone finds out. When it happens, it’ll happen. I’ll just need to stay confident and let people know that we don’t want to live our lives thinking we could’ve/should’ve/would’ve.

That being said, I do plan on telling my best friend about this real soon. I think she’ll support my decision, but you never know, so I’ll keep you updated on how that turns out.

7. Have you ever done nude or topless modeling? If not, do you plan to in the future?

I’ve done it only for Stag [giggles]. I’m comfortable with doing topless pics, but I don’t feel like it’s the right time to do them. I think I’ll need some more time before I’m ready to share THAT with the world.

8. Have you done bondage modeling for any other producers or riggers aside from your husband?

Nope. I’m a total newbie at this. Not even sure what it would be like to work with someone besides my husband, but we’ll see where the future takes me.

9. Let’s talk a bit about DeviantArt. What brought you to DeviantArt in July 2019?

Well, I’ve actually been on DeviantArt for over 10 years, just under a different account [giggle]. It’s a secret though, but you’re not missing anything, I just used it to favorite art and roleplay with others.

10. What do you like most about the site?

Deviantart feels like a melting pot for all sorts of art forms and interests, with countless subcultures all living in harmony and sharing various means of art: drawings, sketches, gifs, 3D modeling, stories, digital art, photography, etc. Plus, everybody brings something to the table, like, for example, my photos can have some people commenting about the outfit, others about the way I’m tied up, and then others about my feet. We get such a diverse commentary from all sorts of individuals and it makes me so happy that they can all like the same thing for different reasons. This is how we achieve world peace, people! [Silly laughter].

11. In nearly three months here, you’ve posted more than 300 deviations and earned yourself more than 2,000 Watchers. To what do you attribute that quick success?

Two things:

1. Consistency – Uploading every day has given my fans a reason to come back and stay tuned, and for me it just brightens my day to see them every day so we feed off of each other’s energies.

2. Variety – What I love about dressing up is that it gives me an opportunity to try something new with a different take. For instance, I could be dressed up as a cheerleader one day, then a maid the next day, and then when you think about all the different combinations of gags, wigs, and tied positions, the possibilities are endless! It just keeps the content feeling fresh and exciting. And now that we’ll be doing videos soon, I’m sure that’s going to want more people to stick around.

12. Which photo or photo set in your dA gallery are you most proud of and why?

So many to choose from.

Probably the “Labor Day” set, where I’m wearing a pink bikini bottom and I’m topless but hogtied on the floor so you can’t see my nipples. And that’s because I think that image truly capsulizes my growth from July 9, when I was too shy to even show my face, to Sept.1 when I was confident enough to pose semi-topless and even do a video of it and share it with the world. My confidence is at an all-time high thanks to those photos/video.

13. As stated earlier, your dA “About Me” profile mentions you like cosplay. How did you first become interested in cosplaying and then combining bondage with cosplay?

Going to anime conventions during my teenage years was a great way for me to escape the bullying I experienced. When I cosplayed I was able to forget about my “ugly” self and just be someone else for a while. Whether it was Harley Quinn, Tifa (FFVII), or the Witch (Left 4 Dead), those cosplays made me feel pretty and being around other anime/video game fans really put me in a safe place.

But these days, I dress up to drive my husband wild. Of course he finds me sexy either way, but he just loves it when I dress up and tease him. I may enjoy it a little too much for my own good though [evil laughter]. And of course, since we’re both into bondage, we started mixing it up about a year ago and well, it’s been really exciting ever since.

14. What cosplay outfit is your most often requested by your fans and Watchers?

Hmmmm. So far, they’re all at a tie, but I think the pink school girl uniform edges it out, and for a good reason too. I mean, who doesn’t like seeing a helpless school girl, right?

That being said, I know everyone is going to love the new outfits I’ve got: a bunny outfit, sexy nun costume, maid costume, a new cheerleading uniform and more, so we’ll see if there’s a new favorite in the near future.

15. Where do you get your outfits and costumes?

Most of them come from Amazon. I tried making my own costumes, but every time I’ve tried it, I’ve failed. The cheerleading uniforms come from Omni Cheer though, because I like wearing the real authentic thing.

16. Do you enjoy being tied up? What do you think about when you’re tied up?

Of course! I’m submissive by nature. When I’m tied up, I get excited and just wonder what’s going to happen to me. I just like to soak in the moment and think of myself as being helpless and anxiously wait for that moment to be…um…”dominated” if you catch my drift. [wink]

17. What do you like most about shooting bondage content? What do you least enjoy?

I love the time I get to spend with my husband. Sometimes if he messes up a knot or if my nose gets itchy, or something falls off, we just laugh and get silly. Other than that, I enjoy the comments and feedback we receive from fans. They truly make this whole experience worth it.

I least enjoy it when I have to be tied up in several positions for one commission. It just takes up so much time, but that’s why we now have a rule that commissions are only one tied position, but if you want more then it’ll just cost extra. I don’t mind doing it, but I have to be compensated because I have a very hectic schedule so every spare minute I get is like gold [giggle].

18. What is the allure of barefoot bondage to you?

Barefoot bondage just feels so freeing. When I’m bound and helpless, being able to feel the air and wiggle my toes just gives me a little taste of freedom, kind of like a tease.

What’s also a tease is that it’s the most sensitive external part of my body (Yes I’m very ticklish). Being all tied up and helpless and having my feet just dangling out in the open to be tickled, touched, or licked is pretty exciting, especially knowing there’s no way to stop it since I’m all bound, it just adds to the adventure and excitement. 19. What has been your most memorable and/or funny bondage moment and what made it so memorable?

Don’t mean to go TMI here, but I am a woman, and we women do have that time of the month where we’re not the most “cooperative”. So Stag and I are doing a shoot and he’s taking so long to finish tying me up. I kinda went off on him, like, “Baaabe. You have to be quicker than this. I’m hungry and tired and you’re taking your sweet time and…” well then he had enough of that and just slapped a piece of tape over my mouth to gag me and said, “Phew. I always wanted to do that.” I couldn’t help but smile and laugh.

After that, I started to piss him off on purpose, hoping for a similar result. [wink]

20. What is your favorite type of gag, method of restraint, role to play, and bondage position?

Gag would be tape or cleave, because I’m already used to those.

Method of restraint is tape or rope, they both get the job done.

Role to play would be the resisting, bitchy type; you know, the kind of person that’d make anyone want to shut them up and deal out punishment to.

Bondage position would be hogtied or just hands and feet bound with tape or rope, that way I can be flipped into many positions without being retied.

21. What else do you want your fans to know about you?
