Uh...about this one, how does one make the receiver, both lower and upper?

Upper is easy, just two barrels (or silencers... not sure) and a lot of shapes. Lower is 2 MP40 receivers, one of which gives the pistol grip and trigger group, and the other which gives the magwell. And lastly, a third MP40 receiver provides the foregrip.

Shouldn't be a problem, since I used the MP40-mag with the MP-40-magwell without changing the size of either.
