Description The langurs went and had more babies. There were two in the exhibit this time aside from the young one who was still in the howdy cage. I blew through a roll and a half taking pictures of these guys, so expects lots of langur pictures this time around.

That such a beautiful photo. You can see all of their hair perfectly. I love the composition of this and the way the top of the mother's head really gives it character. Wonderful!

That'd definitely be an interesting sight to see... But I like them with just the amount of hair they have now.

Thanks. I've been getting kind of envious of all these other people on dA who have been posting pictures of baby animals (tigers in particular). And what a langur is no tiger by any stretch of the imagination (at least not in my mind), I still loved the opportunity.

I know what you mean. That little crest on their heads is something else, isn't it. Glad you like the picture.

Thanks. My computer keeps doing something funky to the deepest of the shadows, so they still don't look quite right to me. But overall I'm pretty happy with this one.

Thanks. The first time I came to this zoo was the first time I'd ever seen these langur's before too. But over the years, they've grown on me. Quite charismatic little guys, they are.

Thank you kindly. I had to wait for about ten minutes for them to strike this pose (naptime directly preceded this picture). It waskinda boring, but I think it was worth it.
