Commissioner Betty Jordan: More than you know.....
Name: Bishop Allan Jordan
Counterpart: James Gordon Jr.
Long ago in Old Gotham City, clean Commissioner Jordan rose to his position with the aid of the Dark Angel Vigilante known as the Batman Arkanjel Zero. He swore to clean the most corrupted city on the edge of New Jersey State to place that was safe to live in. That's a very hard ambition to achieve when your city sits above Earth's Master Hell Gate. In the middle of this endless conflict the twin children of the Commissioner would take the center stage. You could not at first have two more disparate siblings. Betty Jordan was a straight arrow working at the Library who was eventually found and trained by the at that point fiancé and future wife of the Dark Angel known as Isabella C. (The Batwoman Arkanjel Dual Destiny) taking her place as the Batgirl Arkanjel. Her brother Bishop had inherited his mother's dangerous psychosis making him a problem child always with the wrong crowd, driving his father further and further away from him. But when solid event changed everything. On one dark night with one of his wrong crowd, Bishop was captured by the Joker who attempted to drive him psychotic through torture to permanently break any spirit the family may have had. Imagine the Clown's fury when his attempt caused nothing but the exact opposite effect. The experience forced young Bishop to knuckle down and take his life more seriously. He eventually escaped before the Clown could kill him, and discovered he was capable of a sacred brand of sorcery. Discovering his sister's alter-ego, he approached the Dark Angel to learn how to control his craft. In time he was honored by the title once held by Galahad of Camelot under the original Dark Angel Wilhelm Wainwright. With his Mystic Guns blazing, a new terrible shadow would strike terror into the scum of the world for all time to come.
The Dark Magus had been reborn......

Those are Magic Guns! And he creates the Batarangs as a conjuring trick, unlike the Dark Angel Knight who literally pulls a razor sharp blade feather off his wings and throws it!

You know what I love most about talking to you? It's how you notice the details everyone else overlooks. There is always a deliberate Egyptian slant the versions of Dark Magus Knight, which you just happen to help along. When I first created the symbol for this one I was looking at an aerial shot of an Egyptian Pyramid. About 3 minutes later, I drew this.

So there is going to be a definite resemblance to deities like the Jackal God in this part of the character designs. Which means I should ask you this question now. I'm planning to move my villain designs up to top priority when this year is up. Would you like it if I moved my King Tut design to the near top of the list?!
