Description This sketch cover was interesting. It isnt completely blank, John Cassaday had drawn the Wolverine head on the bottom left. I needed to draw a scene around that like a visual prompt.

You mention on your blog, that your having a tough time finding tools that don't smear. Which one have you found that work best?

Just on these particular covers that had a glossy finish. I found that copic multiliners put down a good line, but they will smear if you run your hand right over them. If you give it 5-10 min. and be smart about where you have your hand down it works well. The Micron Sakura pens work the best though, they have a very shiny black that lays down nice and thick but it will actually dry. You just cant do any marker work over it.
