So asks me to do a request for him. He informs me to do an inflation image of Tech E. Coyote and this came into my mind. Here is Tech E. in his sexy outfit (which is done by my friend ) and he is all swollen up like a parade balloon and taken off into the skies. And so I had to make his cheeks all puffed up.
