The picture is good, with 2 main problems. Spidey is good especially.
Problem 1 - Horizon line. the top of the ground spidey is sitting on is the horizon. Therefore all lines at that height should be horizontal, but you got builing windows facing down.
Problem 2 - VENOM
Big Head
Arms overly foreshortend
Torso extremely wrong! - If hes bending over like that, his chest will obscure his abdomen, and his trapoziods and back muscles would expand out more. possibly have his head thrust down for more action too. Right now Venom has a tripple layered torso. the upper chest, abs obscured bu chest and and incorrect pair of abs that are showing.

Oh, sorry, I misintepreted some of the information in the pic. My apologies.
And I've never studied anatomy in detail, I learnt most of it through watching wrestling. But I'm sure I'd be an even better artist if I knew. If you need books, I can offer Loomis in PDF. I do have other Books like Jack Hamm and George Bridgman, but they're too big to send. The only other anatomy books I have are Chris Hart, who's not very good, and an excellent Fantasy book with an excellent section on anatomy, with picture reference! I also have perspective books, and a few other topics.
