Magneto + Ra's Al Ghul = Ra's Al Magnus

A desert nomad born over 600 years ago, Ra's was traveling with his party when he fell into a deep pit and was believed to have been killed in the fall. In reality, Ra's had inadvertently discovered the existence of the Lazarus Pits, a mystical substance that could heal or prolong someone's life. Using the pits to heal from his wounds, Ra's also discovered that they activated his latent mutant powers to create and control magnetic fields. As the years went on, Ra's used his newfound powers and the life sustaining properties of the Lazarus Pits to create a vast empire for himself. But after World War II, where he discovered firsthand the depths of depravity that mankind could succumb to in the persecution of a race that was not their ideal of "perfection," decided that he had enough and embarked on a plan to wipe away most of humanity to not only heal the planet but also make the mutant race the inheritors of the earth. So far, Ra's has only been stopped by the efforts of the Dark Knight as well as the Uncanny X-Titans.

This was another one that was teased during my last set of amalgams. Ra's and Magneto seemed to be fairly easy fits together, given their similar ambitions and schemes to improve the world or protect their race by any means necessary. The difficulty came from blending their looks, as Ra's doesn't really have an "iconic" costume aside from his green cloak. I thought about making the costume green and gold, or green and purple, but in the end I decided to just stick with Magneto's costume, Ra's head and the collar from Ra's outfit.
