Description Lia looked over the stock again. She sighed and confirmed the same old truth; Sophia had counted the stocks correctly, but she needed Lia just to make sure that everything was still there and counted correctly.

Lia looked over to the door out to the main floor. “Pens, drinks, food, toys… All still there, sis.” Lia walked through the door to see Sophia sitting in her chair by the till.

Sophia nodded. “Thanks.”

Lia sighed again. “Look, I think you need to be a little less paranoid about stock.

Sophia looked away to the ground. She then looked back up. “You know why I do this, Lia.”

Lia braced herself for another talking to from her sister. None came.

Lia relaxed again. “I know. Thank you for doing it.”

“Its nice to see you agree for once.” Sophia responded.

Lia chuckled. “Sis, you know I understand why you have to be so protective, but you have to remember something yourself, and that is that there isn’t a murderer lurking around every corner!”

Sophia stood up. “Maybe not, but you forget kidnappers.”

“Fuck off.” Lia flatly responded.

“Fine. Go back and check the stock again, if you have nothing to do.” Sophia replied.

Lia looked back to the door. “Why not get me some entertainment?”

Sophia nodded. “I’ll note it down if you’ll check the stock again.”

“Fucking…. Fine.” Lia turned around and walked back through into the stock room.

She sat down on one of the boxes and covered her mouth, letting out a scream of anger that was well muffled.

Sophia had no concept of fun. She got by through just staying alive and hidden. For a girl like Lia, this just couldn’t do every time they had to run away from danger. Lia couldn’t sit idly by whilst Sophia calmly worked her twenties away. Something had to be done.

Lia sat on that box and thought. She pondered, she considered. She sat there for longer then she could’ve realised.

She looked at the battery in her arm. Still 90% full. No point in consuming anything; it’d be wasteful at this power level.

Lia sat back and engaged her X-Ray and looked about. Sophia still sat on her chair, probably fussing over Lia, even if Sophia wouldn’t admit it. Nobody around the front door.

Lia turned her head, and caught a glimpse of something far off.

Two skeletons. Both seemed to have a male skeleton, but one seemed smaller. Almost Dwarven in nature.

Lia stood up and walked closer to the back door, and watched.

A simple conversation. No exchange of goods. No pointing towards the sisters, however.

Lia looked back to the door. Should she tell Sophia?

She turned back to the two shapes. Now they were walking off.

Lia looked back to Sophia.

“It’s for the best.” She reminded herself, beginning to walk back to her sister.

;;;:::;;;:::;;;

Sophia daydreamed. She found that difficult nowadays. Most of her thoughts turned to Lia. She feared that that girl would get herself killed. Such a hedonistic mentality couldn’t be safe in this day and age, right? She could, and would probably meet a man who liked stabbing people for his kink. Sophia shuddered at the thought, and just like that, her daydream returned to the Blood haired 19 year old sister that Sophia probably would find herself dying for.

Lia came around the door again. She seemed worried. It was a nice change of pace to see Lia physically worry about something. This girl was no actress, so this had to have legitimate founding.

“Sis?” Lia began. That tone represented minor worry. She would soon find out why that minor worry existed.

“Lia? Something wrong?” Sophia replied. She wanted to maintain a friendly, curious attitude for the time being. Not panic the girl, not anger her through smug ‘I told you Lia, you should always be cautious in this day, age and situation’ tones either.

“I just spotted two figures. One was normal, like any guy here, and the other looked… well, like a Dwarf.” Lia looked over to the wall, presumably where she had spotted the pair. “Gone now.”
Sophia sat up. “Any clue what they were doing, at all?” She looked over and scanned herself. Nothing of interest lay in that direction.

“No exchange of items, no pointing to us… I honestly have no clue.” Lia responded. She looked over, presumably to examine the area herself.

“Right. Keep your eyes and ears open. We may have been followed. Okay?”

Then, the doors opened automatically. Into the shop came a man. A Dwarf-

A Dwarf? Male. Thin beard, for the norm that everyone expected, at least. Heavy stubble dominated the normal places.

“Hello, sir. Can I help you?” Sophia moved to the counter as Lia backed away behind her.

“Why yes, miss…?” The man had an accent that Sophia found foreign, or alien.

“Kate. Kate McKensie, sir. Nice to meet you, your name?” Sophia fumbled, but stayed mostly on track.

“Ah, I go by a few. Reputation, you see Kate. I’d like to be known as a hero, you see, but call me what you will, matters little to me.” He responded. This was becoming a trend, and not one Sophia approved of.

“Should I call you ‘The faceless?’” Sophia responded. She wanted to see if he understood sarcasm.

“Well, as you can tell, me and my Beard to be can’t make me faceless, at least not yet. I was expecting a beard joke, because you townsfolk are all racist in your own little way, but that was an odd one, girl.” The Dwarf responded.

“That… Told me very little, sir.” Sophia commented, not really knowing what to say.

“You aren’t the only one, girl.”

“Anyways, I just require a couple of tins. How much are they each?”

Sophia thought for a moment. She couldn’t tell from memory. “Should be marked on them, sir.”

The Dwarf grabbed what he wanted, and placed the exact change on the table.

“I’ll be off, then.” He finished and walked out of the store, leaving Sophia to put the money away, and remain confused.

The Beast opened comms again. He spoke with confidence to his employer, too.

“Sir.” He began. “I have located several matches that should lead me to the Blood Sisters. Relaying coordinates to your display.”

“Good. When do you expect to examine the first one?” His employer responded.

“I estimate within 30 hours in Wallardian planet times.” To you or me, that meant 30 hours too.

“Ah, good job. I await news of your success.”

“Indeed, sir.” The Beast shut off his communicator and began the long journey to his first target…

This certainly was a good story... Abilities like these are, or should be all the rage.

I hope the next one is close...

well done, a story I like without vore, tf or tg...

Well, the story will contain vore, but its not a focus this time, its more just there. And the abilities to allow it are the only contrived parts this time! Next part should drop within the week.
