Description
From orphaned boy to Crimson Archer, it's Roy Harper, AKA Arsenal! This itteration of Roy was an aimless orphan and the surrogate son of a late Navajo chieftain. He resorted to stealing in order to survive, only regretting it when he got behind bars, and ended up as nearly a guinea pig, but he was saved by Oliver Queen, AKA Green Arrow, and became his protege, Speedy. He fought alongside many teenage heroes, mainly Wonder Girl, Robin and Kid Flash. Once he and Green Arrow had a falling out, he quit, and took up the mantle of Arsenal. He then joined the Teen Titans and is now the husband of Donna Troy, AKA Troia. Roy was also a founding member of the Outsiders.

Roy's appearance as Arsenal was inspired mainly by his appearance in the comics, along with the sword being an influence from sidearms of Medieval archers.
