Third deviation and another hard swing to the left - Asami, from Viewfinder! No better person to practice drawing abs with, although his muscles veer gently towards fantasy land depending on which page of the manga you're looking at. ^_^

Least favorite part? Backgrounds! That thing in the back was a headboard, then roofs, then buildings.

Most favorite part? Getting to draw so many (hilariously ill-placed) shadows! Also sheets, which are like the comfort food of drawing fabric. No seams, no ruffles - just one big thing you can nudge until you like it.

(Partially inspired by a recent fanfic I read where the boys from Supernatural kept throwing salt and holy water on Asami because of his gold eyes - they thought he was a demon, which... yeah. Pretty much! *grins* Because I'm a little bit warped, I thought less demon and more... this. The eyes say, "Come back to bed"', and the rest of him says, "Listen to my eyes." ^_^)
