Not very well I'd assume. He's probably about to crash into something. But for the moment he seems to be enjoying himself.Meet Neo, a teenage dragon with a love of modern human society and conveniences. He is particularly fond of pop/rock music. He's an eternal optimist who doesn't let his disability get in his way.
His original design was made by Wolf-Fluff /radioactiveSpork . (Hopefully the changes are acceptable.)
All in all, I'm pretty proud of how this piece turned out. ^.=.^

I think a blind dragon would stay in their village. It would be hard for them to learn but eventually they would have memorised the village and be able to fly all around it. However if there was anything new that would be a problem for them.
