This year I'm following the Inktober prompt list created by IzaPug on Instagram which features animals of the Amazon Rainforest. These drawings will be available for purchase by the end of the month, and 100% of proceeds will go to organizations dedicated to the preservation and protection of the Amazon Rainforest. The hoatzin is an unusual bird in many regards, not least of which being it's diet of leaves and flowers. It's digestive tract is specialized for breaking down plant matter, thus, it's odor is similar to that of cow or other ruminant manure. IUCN Rating: Least Concern
