Description
Bulk is my Rowdyruff counterpart to Bliss, and while he looks older than his brothers, he's actually younger than they are due to having been created later. Once the Boys saw the Girls' extended team, they decided to extend their own team. After Buster was made, Bulk came next. The Boys used the same process they did with Buster, but with some of Bliss' hair instead of Bullet's fur, with the process repeated for Bell and Bunny's counterparts with their DNA. Because Bliss was a teenager, Bulk came out looking the same age as she did. His name comes from the fact that he works out a lot, hence the dumbbell in his left hand. Bulk retains Bliss' psychokinesis, but rather than her electrokinesis, he has pyroelectrokinesis, meaning he controls electricity and fire at the same time.
