Description
Dusty is another victim of Old Hob's Mutagen bomb, having turned into a mutant chinchilla and relocated to Mutant Town with all the others. She was initially a troublemaker before meeting the Turtles, eventually joining the Splinter Dojo as a trainee. She mellowed out and became an artist, both because it was something she wanted to do and because she needed a job to get by. Once the quarantine was lifted, all of New York became interested in her artwork, with some visitors to the city even offering to pay her for some of her paintings. She is able to use her bushy tail as a large brush for bigger works of art, like murals. Thanks to training at the Splinter Dojo, she has fighting skills and can even use her painting tools as weapons.

I had been wanting to make a chinchilla mutant, but I couldn't figure out how to fit her in until now.
