Description
Leatherhead isn't the only mutant alligator. Meet Gator Boy, an OC for my TMNT AU based on the 1987 Leatherhead, but as a separate character. Unlike LH, Gator Boy went down a darker path, becoming a villain who sometimes teams up with Shredder and Krang. Like '87 Leatherhead, he started out as an albino alligator who barely escaped a Cajun trapper (who grabbed onto his tail, putting his DNA onto the gator) before swimming into a part of the swamp where Krang had dumped Mutagen (and like in the original cartoon, the same one that made the Punk Frogs, who are up next). The Mutagen and the human DNA combined and mutated Gator Boy into a humanoid alligator. He went and killed the trapper, stole his gear and clothes, and went in search of prey. Thanks to a deal with Shredder and Krang, he received a laser gun to go with his whip and gas bombs.

I tried not to make him look like my Farstorm character, Gumbo, who was also based on 1987 Leatherhead.
