Description
At some point, the Null Group was able to get their hands on a Roadkill Rodney, allowing them to analyze it, reverse-engineer it, and replicate it, resulting in the creation of the Nullbots. Their appearance has differences from the Roadkill Rodneys, but they nonetheless fulfill a similar purpose, albeit for the Null Group.

This concept is based on the fact that the Roadkill Rodneys were affiliated with the Null Group rather than Krang (or Shredder) in the IDW Comics.
