I know he doesn't look exactly like he did in the games, but I wanted to make Galaxy Man. Anyway, he was created by Dr. Light and modeled after a flying saucer. He worked at a space research center, able to instantly calculate the trajectories for rockets. Thanks to the Mandatory Expiration Law, he was among eight robots to be scheduled to be scrapped after their periods of use had expired. Dr. Wily pretended to show concern for them and offered to "repair" them, reprogramming them to aid in his conquest and frame Dr. Light. His Special Weapon is the Black Hole Bomb, which can create black holes that can suck up enemies or drain the health of larger enemies that are too big to be sucked up. He's also able to fly short distances by turning into a flying saucer, retracting his limbs and gaining the ability to teleport. Galaxy Man loves to observe stars and enjoys naming any new ones he finds. He's also known to constantly change colors, a trait that is rare among Robot Masters. While he and his seven comrades were made exempt from the Expiration Law after their defeat and allowed to go back to work, the law was eventually repealed. His combat capabilities are kept, however, in case he needs to aid Mega Man.
