Yes, his right hand only has 3 fingers, that's not a drawing flaw

Meet Maurice Greer, his greatest pleasure is to see the look of pure terror in his "patients' " faces as he operates on thier full aware but immobile bodies (paralytic meds ya'know).
sigh I really need to redo his colors a bit, the blue is bugging me it's much too bright. Alas I was too lazy to redo this pic now though :^^
