Demonic alien, perhaps? Reminds me of the Collectors, in a way, from the Mass Effect 2 game. I really love the style though, very eery looking... and the horns are awesome, too.

I really like all of your alien or demon designs, but I particularly like this one.
The colours are great and the foggy-like background really adds to the colours and mystery of what is it!
