Heya guys!!!!!Here's the first place prize for for his amazing entry here
So Cro spotted Tulip and Rob staggering home after a night out for Rob's birthday, he decides to give them a lift home in his squad car but Tulip is determined to prove she's sober, and after many tests it ends with her nomming on his arm instead of blowing down the breathilyzer, meanwhile Rob's just.....in the zone XD

Psycho: Either she's drunk, or she has thoroughly failed to grasp the concept, and she's too smart for the latter. *speaks to officer* I think what she's doing now is proof enough that she's inebriated. And in all honesty I'm not trying to be hateful or sarcastic, I'm being realistic.

Whatever the reasoning, comments like that usually incite arguments and other unpleasantness. Not to mention at a glance it looks like you're wanting those things to happen to Rob's characters.

Well...one, she's over the limit of being drunk, and two, it's the cop's duty to bring the suspects into custody by any non-lethal means, even if it means tazing them with 50,000 volts for 5 seconds...or more.

Both true in the event of criminal activity. However in this case there was no offense committed, and neither one is being arrested, just detained for their safety and given a ride. Since there's no real hostility or aggressiveness on Tulip's part, doesn't exactly justify pulling the tazer
