Hey, the risk of salmonella never stopped ME. 8BCredit to for the title. I was trying to come up with cake- and robot-related puns in vain so I finally turned to her.
People who already saw this on LJ a while back might notice I cleaned up a few things and changed the placing of some speech bubbles, but it's basically the same. Someone asked for Mechakara in a frilly apron baking cupcakes, and since I can never resist making my favorite characters look silly, I leapt at the chance. Then I thought it would be funny if Black Lantern Spoony was there, and this dialogue formed in my head, and next thing I knew I had this. And...yeah. I just thought it would be cute. Shut up.

the comic is lovely all around. the coloring is bright, despite the evil characters in their not-so-evil setting. the drawing style is pretty darn good. and you captured the characters so well.
and yet another comic that ends BL Spoony on a happy chibi heart face. either he has a devoted fan following or fans see some good in BL Spoony

It's awesome for I can actually imagine Mechakara and Black Lantern Spoony having this discussion...wonder how he'd react if Mechakara starts trying video games and likes the Final Fantasy series, especially VIII and X... XDDD This is incredible, you drew both characters exactly how they look like, captured their personalities 100% and I love the whole Hanna-Barbara theme to it, as the backgrounds are often just a single color XD Keep up the amazing work! = )

As must as i want to hold back cause it will cause a cooking debate, i have to tell you that salmonella is only on the shell of the eggs, not the actual raw eggs themselves. My father is a baker for a jewish company, so thats how i know >.>
