Been in a slump for some reason lately and couldn't seem to get the motivation to work on my current projects, so I decided to start on something new and came up with this. For anyone who hasn't seen anything about it yet, this is Noel Vermillion in her new outfit from the newest BB title in development, Chrono Phantasma.[link]
I don't know about you guys, but I love this new look and couldn't resist doing another ribbon tie of her. This one WILL have a gag variant, though, unlike the last two. And yes, I will be coloring it.
