My second try at doing video game characters in a realistic art style. My first [link] was far easier since finding reference pictures was no trouble at all.. but man.. I used more reference pics on this than anything I think. Let me know what you think.

I always loved Team Rocket in the older Pokemon episodes. They were a very Silver Age of Comics style of antagonist. With the zany outfits, random contraptions, and over the top acting.. Wow.. How could you not like these guys. Unfortunately in the more recent episodes they have become kind of boring.. Which in turn made the show fairly unwatchable..
