Well so as a guy i would wear a shirt and pants. The story will be about a guy, me i guess that is turned into a schoolgirl with a sailor uniform. As for a story how about the guy is walking by a school and sees some girls and thinks that they are cute. One comes out and talks to him and turns him into a girl that becomes her friend something like that.

I like the uniform design of the ones in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. And if you don't know that you can use this [link] or this [link] i like the girl on the right.

Right now i have long hair and just let it fall down basically and i wear glasses i guess, and i got a large build.

Well I just added a picture relatively similar to myself. Hmm.
Just remember- In Naruto terms I have RockLee's eyebrows, and Gaara's eyebags. Or worse.
Note that I generally wear baggy black things.

THE HAIR!
Do it as a giant fuzz- or scraped back into a ponytail(reaches base of neck.)

So if you think you can handle that.
